Public Comments to Proposed Regulation Changes
The current public comment process is often too confusing and cumbersome for much of the public. Social networks offer a mechanism for process that is open to a larger public, beyond those who have the time and resources to respond.

I do not want to the regulation changed concerning the "F" word and frontal nudity. I find the current programming to be bad enough with off color remarks and implied ****** comments. I am not a parent and find the current prime time sitcoms to be insulting.

It should be unlawful for an apartment owner to charge an equipment fee every month because he has wired the apartment and has entered into a contract with a TV broadcast provider. This limits the applicant to diverse competitive choices of service and is an unfair business practice.
