ULS only permits applications to be filed with Windows browsers - a quirky requirement rare in today's world.

Improve the FRN process. Those who only input data every several years may well forget their FRN password. But oddly it is much easier and faster to get a bank password resent than an FRN password.

Bring back something like the old Master Frequency File where you can search for ALL FCC licenses in a given band not just the licenses from certain bureaus.
