How do I check on a complaint previously filed?
Your options for complaint filings are neither clear, nor easy to navigate through. If my issues span more than one area listed do I need to file multiple complaints? It appears that these are my only options.
As a college graduate with many years of experience in business I must say that the average citizen could not either figure their way through this process. If my privacy and ethics were not at stake I too would have given up before ever attempting the first complaint which I was told is not in the system even though I have both a copy of submitted complaint and the date and id number assigned?? These issues are what my complaint is also regarding concerning Verizon. I am hoping this last attempt will be addressed and within a reasonable time frame. Clarity is critical and user friendliness is still lacking in this area of your services.
