Anyone can look through the complex tech stats of any of Apple's products because of its simplicity of presentation. Wired Magazine uses a similar paradigm of using more images and fewer words, which means the information presented in its often very technical articles are easy and even pleasurable to read. It's important that the FCC make this information as accessible to the public as possible through that kind of a graphical, innovative, simple presentation.
