By classifying each set of call letters in a single subset for a single use would be great for business services, easier to see if a company is licensed for a particular frequency or subset. Individual Callsigns in the broadcast area however denote a location and Amateur Callsigns designate a personal operator but one license for nationwide business use would simplify matters.
GMRS users are a special case and the rules for personal radio use need to be revisited to reflect the realities of the modern world, the rules for each service both busines and personal need to be revisited in due time to keep the rules revelant for a changing world situation.

Avoid being overburdensome with AM radio in particular, with un necessary rules and regulations. Let the free market of business flow.
