Drop the Janet Jackson Vendetta
This expensive and embarrassing harassment of broadcasters has gone on long enough. We're talking about broadcasting for a fraction of a second something that's a normal part of a fine lady. The Commission has made the point that in this country's culture it shouldn't have happened. Nothing more needs to be done.

It was an indecent felony exposure to **** and resulted in the most searches for wire communications **** in the entire of 2004. I have attempted to add the FCC to my lawsuit against Goggle Inc for allowing indecent wire communication in spite of their mission. It will resolve by July. (5:09-cv-05151)

Also, drop the rest of the outstanding violations against local TV stations that occurred many years ago by the big 4 networks. Why should the local station be on the hook for decency violations fines that are years old and were caused by the networks?

it was a intentional act that happened during the broadcast of a event that many families, including children, watch. if it was up too me the performers in question would be in jail for sending pronography to minors.
