  1. Add debt collectors to do not call rules.

    I have gotten several calls over the last few years from bedt collectors for people I don't know. They continue to call even after I tell them to stop calling. One called me five times in six minutes. Most of them have violated Federal and State laws in some way. I try to file complaints and get the run around. the FCC is part of the debt collection law right?. If a complaint is filed in the wrong place how about it being forwarded to the correct place even if it is with another agency.

  3. create a wiki style rules site with examples and clarification editing by non-FCC employees

    This would be monitored by the FCC for clarification but created by people who use the rules everyday so its in plain English. It wouldn't be official but could point to the official rules for compliance reasons.
