This seems like the perfect system to allow the public to vote up or down ideas proposed. For example, if you look at the current proceeding 97-80, which is dealing with changes to the cable industry which directly affects the public, the public for the most part is unaware this is even going on. There should be an easy to navigate page which allows direct consumer and public feedback both for voting on submitted ideas while also allowing the ability to submit their own. As it stands now without any feedback, it feels like there isn't any incentive for the public to offer their input compared to the companies responses and meetings with the FCC.
