Social Networks like twitter and facebook have great potential to be a source gathering information on problems the public is having as a consumer complaint depot. Choice to be recorded could be public or private but recordable for fcc to use to impose pressure on Broadband Providers who are reckless with new enthusiasm for cyber gold..
The social networks are surfing the new gold rush of information and should be allowed to freely stretch with new open boundaries that will evolve to order. The experience of open boundaries will demand fcc new vigiliance as the Sheriffs of cyber space in compliance to Constitutional Code as the enforcers of manners and homeland security protocol.. The wild west still needs Sheriffs. This is the first opportunity the cyber world has to communicate I say do it.
