EDI VAN system Interconnect access denials, industry consolidation
Is the FCC aware that GXS corp is denying interconnections to certain competitive EDI message systems, and these are monopolies after mergers - and are creating electronic transaction systems that denying routing access to innovators? How does a disadvantaged EDI Network attain standing at the FCC to redress this issue?

That the CB and Ten Meter Radio regulations should be evaluated and possibly updated
I see the CB and Ten meter radio regulations as outdated and overly constrictive for todays radio enthusiasts. I think they should be reevaluated and updated for todays activists. I also think that the licensing restrictions should be lessened for the modern day users.

You'll still get that bonus check, so leave the internet be!
Julius Genachowski, may as well hire an anti-hacking team because he will not be safe. I'm no hacker but as frequent internet user I know he will be screwed.

Fox station and shows like glenn beck and hln should have to post a warning prior to their airing that they are mainly for entertainment purposes. there should be a code of ethics actual news stations try to abide by there by creating less toxicity.

FCC Must set Rules in Involving the Social Media Networks
By creating such rules, you can police those mongers that hoovers across these social media networks.

I have DTV and want to know why I STILL pay $5.00 a month since 2003 for a leased receiver?
I think these companies are a complete rip-off. I sign a 2 year agreement, so That 5.00 leased receiver fee should be off my account. I technically own it. So my question FCC is when do I stop paying for a "leased" receiver. I mean It's been 7 years already.

Use an iAd to get your message out. They're hot and will reach a lot of people if it's engaging.
I'm not trying to say use Apple, or anybody else. Just that iAd is THE hot thing right now. If you want to get your message out about net-neutrality or the broadband initiative, this would be a way to do so. Very quickly and very publicly. Seriously, put it out on the iphone or ipad and the press will write, the users will look. You know what is somewhat disturbing? The fact that whenever I try and engage any of my tech friends about net-neutrality, they just seem to glaze over. They either don't know about it or don't care.…

It should just simply be illegal to use the telephone, internet or mobile communication for fraud.
Why isn't it illegal for someone to use the telephone for fraud? You hear about these scammers all the time who are trying to bilk someone out of money, whether it's through the internet, the phone or a mobile device. Doing this should be illegal, plain and simple. Having access to communication is a priviledge, not a right for scum who would take advantage of another human being.

Content Rating System D
There is practically no difference between the content rating for D, (****** dialog), and L. (coarse language. I wish there was a rating for something that meant the show had a disturbing bad ending so that I would not get tricked into watching something evil.

Establish basic communication standards mobile/broadbnd reviews
Pnones telegraph lines cable dsl are new evolving innovations that parralel economic stability. When these are sabotaged freedom is also. Reckless abandon of the privilege of devices runs parralel with law abiding individuals. Freedom is choice yet we still need Police don't we. However, is dial up the basic standard? It was until cable, then dsl, then phones took over this factor. Access is the key component here. Best Business Practices is key to consumer satisfaction. Fraud is no stranger to cyber accessibility. It just is. A standard is possible if we can discuss this rationally.

Using a similar system, let the public vote on potential changes and issues
This seems like the perfect system to allow the public to vote up or down ideas proposed. For example, if you look at the current proceeding 97-80, which is dealing with changes to the cable industry which directly affects the public, the public for the most part is unaware this is even going on. There should be an easy to navigate page which allows direct consumer and public feedback both for voting on submitted ideas while also allowing the ability to submit their own. As it stands now without any feedback, it feels like there isn't any incentive for the…

Post the standing regulations, and the deregulations for the past 5 years
In a simple format I would like to see what rules have been added, and subtracted from the FCC in the past 5 to 10 years.
