Quarterly Updates for NCE FM MX'd Groups - Start date for Section IV No.1- Estab. Local Applicants?
Applicants in all MX'd Groups would benefit from brief quarterly updates showing the progression of the point system i.e. how many groups still need to be assessed in Section III, and the approximate date when Section IV (No. 1) evaluation will begin.
