You can never please everyone. And it seems that most of the people complaining here have issues concerning their religious beliefs. Some of us don't mind the ***, violence, and language.
So how can we make this work?
Instead of being forced to purchase bundles "50 channels, 100, etc) make it ala carte. Each channel costs a certain amount based on its popularity and subscribers purchase only the channels they want.
For instance if you have young kids you can choose nickelodian and disney but pass on mtv.
You could have a small monthly bill if you only want certain channels or go crazy an get them all.
It's such a simple and effective solution that is easy to implement but it will never happen. The cable/sat companies will never allow it. It would cut into their revenue. But it's nice to think about.
Simple, effective, and it would work.
