We need an API that accepts a phone number to add to the Do Not Call list. It would also be nice to be able to report offending telemarketers.

Add a call to the license view API that allows the user to query a frequency and get the owner of the license (or at least allocated use) for that frequency.

Rather than hammer the API for all the broadband speed test results, it would be handy to have access to a complete dump of the entire database. (API or gzipped download of a snapshot) This would help people interesting in making heat maps of broadband rates across the US for example.
