Please provide each carrier's OCN (when it exists) in the FCC Form 499 Filer Database.

Broadband availability by phone number or address
It would be very helpful to have an aggregate source of broadband availability by phone number (or address) to determine if broadband can be provisioned. It would also be beneficial if this lookup included the maximum broadband speed available on the phone line.

Auto-reporting phishing calls from smart phones.
The FCC is failing to stop millions of phishing calls directing people to web sites that collect sensitive login data illegally. Just happened again today with the site www.myattworld.com.
So, my idea is that the FCC create an API that cell phone carriers (and other app writers) can access, that allows carriers to create simple buttons for their users on smartphones. This button would allow upset users to report phishing calls to the FCC containing the date, time, calling number, etc in near-real time.
Then these reports to the FCC would be sorted, analyzed, then acted on automatically, so…

Is there a public service that routes the push of an emergency button to the cell phones of family / neighbors instead of to a paid service?

LATA lookup from lat/lon
Just like the census block lookup API which returns census block given a latitude and longitude coordinate, provide a lookup API that returns LATA for a given latitude and longitude.
