Geolocation database for Software Defined Radio drivers.
To lower the bar of entry for many wishing to begin doing licensed SDR deployments, a method in which registering open SDR protocol and specification rules would allow people to remain free, yet minimize interference. This would open the market up for diversity in personal equipment (less in the landfills -- more non-service linked competition in hardware markets) and minimize the deployment cost for various obscure functional wireless tools. Examples would be alarm systems on open trails, spectrum diverse yet seamless functionality in special geographic zones, and minimal impact to others during a mobile radio's diverse spacial/material environment through metropolitan areas.
