I was suppose to be on plan for $56.00 a month.....they charged me over $100.00 a month. They said because of using too much data??? I talked with a supervisor said apparently I was on the wrong plan and if I paid they 200.?? for 2 MONTHS she would put me on the right plan....but...I still owed 200.?? she said she would talk to her supervisor..who would call me because it was obvious misunderstanding!?? I never heard from anyone but I did get a bill for over $700. after 4 months!!!! I talked to different supervisor, he said it's a legitimate bill, I told him that the OTHER supervisor said that SOMEONE was going to call me. He said we don't do that.I said I even wrote down everything she told me. He said I see that she did say that;but we still don't do that. So since I am on disability income there was no way I would be able to pay that OUTRAGES AMOUNT,they added early disconnect fees. Totaling OVER $900.00 )ONLY 4 MONTHES (SERVICE)
It's me, below; the OVER $900.00 WAS AFTER I PAID THE $200?? SO $900.00 PLUS THE $200.?? $1000.00 SOME DOLLARS FOR ONLY 4 MONTHS SERVICE????
