I agree %200! Where public complaints/comments are made the regulations, and/or rules should be linked for access. It's like a maze without a strong keyword base it is overwhelming to even attempt to navigate this system. Ergo many valid complaints go unvoiced as well as many brilliant suggestions as these above.
IE: Where and how do we follow up on a submitted complaint? For the life of me I can't seem to find it anywhere although I believe I saw the link when I submitted the informal complaint?
