Verizon is charging me for 2 phones that have been suspended and not used!!!!! I cannot comprehend how all of a sudden I have a 535 dollar bill in a flash.. They are so wrong and hide mistakes they have made.. I am not responsible for that money. They are doing me wrong so cbadly and I'm positive I'm not the only one out there. I am so upset how they are taking advantage of me. I have been a long term customer and they treat me like this.. what do I do?? Like I said, I'm sure I am not the only one.. Help.. Please
