Verizon is the worst business I've ever worked with. I had been overwhelmed several times over the years when I was a Verizon client. I used the Verizon triple play recently. At first, as advertised on TV, I signed on the contract. Yet when the deployment time came I was told I had no other with Verizon, even though I was given a "confirmation number"! Then I had to sign up again with Verizon at a higher price because I need service. But, 2 weeks later, when I got my first bill.
